The Type 29 Z-Plus grinding wheel eliminates the need for a back-up pad and tapered flange nut. At less than half the weight of a typical 4 1/2-inch grinding wheel, it significantly increases operator control and comfort while decreasing fatigue, particularly with small grinders used in tight spaces and at odd angles. The wheel’s slight concave profile also lessens the grinder’s angle of attack, reducing operator fatigue.
